I am very feel concerned about my package from overseas. I feel disappointed, because there is no organization for delivery packages. In the past, I was very happy with the management, but recently, I am feeling that the service has changed. I hope there can be some improvement in addressing this issue especially when the package is important, there is no concern. Thank you for your understanding

New management have cut office hours which means we can’t access our parcels easily. Couriers won’t deliver to units so the parcels go missing. New management seem to be all about profit and forget that real people live real lives here, whilst they just come and go as their job each day. They’ve made this complex feel unfriendly and not like a home. In my opinion.

Lived here for 18 months. A good location, nice pool and well managed, but renters please be aware of known severe black mould issues in many of the apartments (under carpets & inside air conditioners). Owners with vans that cannot fit in the underground carparks have to park off-site, as street parking in the complex is reserved for visitors. It’s pretty good, but not amazing.
