I believe the Sphere offers comfortable living with good amenities, but I think that the internet service plan that is included is subpar. 35mbps upload speeds at best, and it is really difficult to upgrade that since the given routers are older models that cant handle much throughput. If you care about your internet speeds you should strongly consider your options. My daughter was happy with the apartment. I got the run around when it was time to get my security deposit back. It has been well over 70 days and all they keep telling me is just to wait because they are waiting for corporate office to respond back. I understand the process takes time but 70+ days of waiting and getting the run around is ridiculous. I’m sure I will not be renting from this company in the future.
I was a visitor and my car was towed from the lot. The pass had the five day window on it and my car was towed because they said I altered the visitor’s pass. I went to the tow yard and explained that I wrote the wrong date (the day before) but I corrected it because they would’ve towed me for that. The tow yard lied and said I should’ve kept the incorrect date on the pass and I would’ve been fine. Keep in mind that this is the kind of company that Sphere chooses to conduct business with.
