Dental Insurance Made Easy I don't like dealing with dental insurance, but I wanted something to help with the cost of some work my dentist recommended. Got My Dental Insurance In A Snap – Dental insurance is not my thing, but I needed insurance to help with the cost of a root canal and a crown. Getting Health Insurance in San Diego Is Easy at SPF! – I complained about our health insurance rate increase to my neighbor and he said I should call SPF Insurance to find out about other health insurance options to lower our costs. SPF was great. They asked some questions, showed me what all our options looked like, and then helped me pick a plan with the benefits we wanted, at a price that was much less than our current plan.
