The place are so good the people that work there are amazing.
Dr. Frank seems to care about his patients, but his office staff needs an overhaul. Still waiting for 2 pair of glasses from over a month ago. 1 pair is in the other has failed for the second time at the lab. Very dissatisfied with the people who work here. They can text you and call you 20 times for a reminder for an appointment but can't call and tell you that your glasses were messed up at the lab and sorry for any inconvenience You have to call them especially when they have your money already. The staff is always so friendly and patient. Dr. Frank is thorough and quite conscientious. I feel strongly that they are attentive to the care of my eyes.
