This is best Dominican Hair Salon in Owing Mills. I came in to get my hair straightened, however Jesus went above and beyond my expectations. Not only I love my hair but the experience was a whole vibe. Jesus customer service and energy was great. Oh did I mention, my visit was a one stop shop. I also got my nails done by a beautiful young lady down the hall name Jenny, which was unexpected. She ALSO did a great job! I will definitely be back. You guys Rock!!!!
