Decidedly dodgy company owner's Toorak mansion is firebombed? I would be staying away from this particular building company.
Sharing positive experience with Sperway attending to building issues relating to our home completed some years ago. Michael has been fantastic responding to the issues and arranging for repairs to be diligently completed.
We recently completed a knockdown and rebuild project with Sperway Homes and had an overall positive experience. The design, estimation, and office teams were professional and supportive throughout. Pretty decent builder to work with. A bit old school with a lot of the way they do things but have been great to deal with for the whole duration of the project we were involved with
