This review is NOT for the Outlet it is for Sperry itself. Sperry used to be a great organization but it has now become something of a disaster. Was the business sold to P.E.? I have been ordering from sperry for over two decades and always have at least 15 pairs at home and on my sailboat. That is about to end. My last purchase was delivered a few days ago. First time at the store as I usually shop online. I had to make a couple of returns and it felt like I was giving information at a crime scene. It took 30 plus mins to return 3 shoes. Had to provide all my information like I'm borrowing money from them instead of returning and taking my own money back.
New winter boots are in.
