We had extensive stucco remediation done, along with replacement of 12 windows. Each member of the Sperrin team was very skilled and professional. In addition, they cleaned thoroughly every step of the way. And everyone was very courteous and friendly. I have a fair amount of experience in construction work and am very particular. Sperrin did a fantastic job on our stucco remediation and replacement of all the windows and doors in our house. Their team is highly professional, did excellent work and always kept us fully informed every step of the way.
I have had stucco remediation at 3 locations-Sperrin is by far the best-they are extremely efficient, very friendly and clean up at days end-the workers are so good and so pleasant -I highly recommend them -they are the best
I had to replace faux stone on the front of my house due to leaks. I sent out RFQs to 4 different companies, of those 3 participated in the bidding process, and of those, only one company had someone come out to the house to see first-hand what was involved - Sperrin Construction. I met with Gavin Kelly at least 2 times before we had an agreement put in place and got the project rolling. He had us pick out stone from his supplier so that it could be ordered in advance.
