I had to replace faux stone on the front of my house due to leaks. I sent out RFQs to 4 different companies, of those 3 participated in the bidding process, and of those, only one company had someone come out to the house to see first-hand what was involved - Sperrin Construction. I met with Gavin Kelly at least 2 times before we had an agreement put in place and got the project rolling. He had us pick out stone from his supplier so that it could be ordered in advance. Great people to work with. It was easy to contract with them, they started the job on the promised date. The cleaned the site at the end of every day. Very polite and took the pain to take care of the details. Very happy with the job they did.
Our house needed a full stucco remediation and window replacement. Gavin Kelly kept us fully informed as to how the project was moving along. All of the workers did a fantastic job. The finished product is even better than what I could have imagined. Highly recommended Sperrin Construction!
