It's so sad to see that they pushed out the people that were there helping and actually cared about the individuals, and brought in a new provider thats not taking into consideration that some people have issues with change and it's going to cause anxiety, and stress being a bully. It's not what you say, it's how you say it I pray the new staff takes in consideration that people may have issues with abrupt change and be mindful that you are there for them not the other way around . Great experience at SperoHealth the staff is very friendly and helpful I’ve been to several Clinics in the past and this is only my second appointment but so far it’s been the very best clinic out of the 5 I’ve been to.
The team that they have here are incredible!! They are very personable & professional. They care about you as a patient, as well as a person. ♥️
Moved from Louisville, so I've been a patient there and eventually to the Etown location once they newly opened. THIS PLACE SAVED MY LIFE. Most insurances are accepted, if you have Medicaid, they NO LONGER accept Humana [Care Source.]...I know this because I had it switched so I could continue treatment there. Actually, the staff at Spero Health got it switched to another insurance provider for me. They really are great and care about their patients.
