Made an in person appointment by phone for the Richmond location. Came to the appointment to find that the clinic had been converted to telehealth only more than 8 months ago... also their phone directory to connect you to their office locations drops the call every time while connecting to the office you select. Currently waiting to see if they charge any fee for a no show appointment as I definitely will not be able to make it at the CLOSED office location I went to. Complete scam don't waste your time.
