Great flexibility. I mess my appointment times up regularly and they have never given me any greif for it, and always get me in with no trouble. The staff is friendly and super supportive. Both of these are not typical for these clinics, in my experience. Spero is a breath of fresh air. I look forward to talking to everyone.
Been to multiple different clinic, this is by far the best one I've been to (except maybe the one I had to pay $300 a month for, but cash buys kindness and Drs that care). If you or a loved one wants help and have at Medicaid. Go here, Brightview keeps you on average of 3 hours and you'll have a new counselor every other week and have to basically restart your progress. Spero will be building on a bit & getting their own Pharmacy! So no more 2 hour waits to m
For a while this place was great .. then when I lost my insurance I was told I had to pay 300 up front to see the doctor. That don’t include the 67 bucks for the medication it’s self . Place is helpful if you have insurance or a lot of money you don’t need . Went online payed 99 dollars and now i have a virtual doctor in Ohio and got my meds same day with no trouble . They send drug test to your house for free . So it’s all together 99 dollars plus med cost . Good luck
Took my husband there everyone is so welcoming & kind. The environment is also peaceful he really likes coming here.
Eh… it used to be a good place that focused on recovery. Now it seems to be more focused on what corporate wants instead of the individuals. Doing your meetings shouldn’t feel like you’re on probation dealing with a PO. The turnover rate with the staff is insane. Lacks consistency and compassion. Something this place used to have.
