Just walked into your shop now to buy seat covers after speaking with Kathryn a couple of months ago whom I found went out if her way . I asked her if I could get the front row of canvas seat covers for my truck and that I'd also like to get the rear foam covered as well and obviously at an extra cost to which she told me no problem bring the truck down when you're in the area and I will get the guys to look at it . Terrible service. They had no idea about a new model but insistent that the covers from an old model would still fit. When they realisd their error they still wanted full payment before delivery. Couldn't consider an alternate plan despite travelling down from the country. Don't waste your time with this company.
I have purchased a sunshade with a printed picture on it. The picture started to peel off after only 4 months. This sunshade was on on the window 24/7 for 4 months. Only here and there when the car was parked outside (e.g. at the shops, beach etc.). I reported the issue at the shop I bought it from and I asked for the refund. I'm the type of person who never leaves reviews because I couldn't be bothered. But I must say I ordered custom front seat covers for our 2015 Toyota Yaris for $279. They were delivered in approximately 2 weeks and fit absolutely perfectly. 5 years warranty. Expensive, maybe, but you pay for what you get. 5 stars 🙂
If I was the general manager of this company I'd immediately question and get rid of the Operations Manager, never available, always in a meeting ?, and very dismissive staff. Definitely not the type of business to do business with.
