Terrible experience and I won’t recommend to my worst enemy... Harassed me monthly with up to 3 invoices sent and added a $30 late charge after the first months statement before we even established a payment plan. Never was I late in any other month beside that ..Now that the balance is paid in full they insist I still pay the $30 late charge and threaten to send to collections unless I pay full amount ..
