Was impressed with their product but had some troubles using it. Their support was great, but ultimately learned the product didn't fit my needs and returned it. Terrie and Jason did great.

It is very rare in today’s age to get the excellent level of customer service that Sper Scientific provides. I continue to utilize instruments that I have purchased over a decade ago from Sper Scientific. The quality products and customer service we receive from Sper is unmatched.
