Was impressed with their product but had some troubles using it. Their support was great, but ultimately learned the product didn't fit my needs and returned it. Terrie and Jason did great.
I have been purchasing from Sper Scientific for over fourteen years. Their equipment is made to last and is cutting edge. More importantly to me, is the quality customer service. It is very rare in today’s age to get the excellent level of customer service that Sper Scientific provides. I continue to utilize instruments that I have purchased over a decade ago from Sper Scientific. The quality products and customer service we receive from Sper is unmatched.
Exceptionally poor customer service. Cannot recommend. Zero stars.
