Great workout, instructors and facilities. The format of spin, strength and yoga make it the total package for everyday fitness.
I've been doing weekly workouts here for a couple of months now. I get excited to come to class every week, and I feel so good after. I've tried a few different instructors and they were great. Rachel especially! I love her jokes, and her energy and the music she provides. It makes the class go by so fast that I'm sad it's over. If I could afford to switch to the twice a week membership I would.
Love the flow and energy from this format! I have workout out across the years with many group style classes and this is hands down my favorite as the hour flies by but I get a whole body workout and the stretch included
This place is AMAZING! The workouts are challenging & fun. The instructors are welcoming & helpful. I am so happy that I gave it a shot.
