It's a welcoming community for any fitness level. The workouts are always interesting, fun, and challenging. Staff are always friendly. It's like Cheers, but it's a gym. 🙂
I have been a member for approximately two years now and am still loving the challenge, variety of workouts, community, and the high quality instruction! Such a great mix of cardio, strength and recovery to keep me coming back!
I just joined and I've already attended 5 classes in one week! What a great workout. I love that its only 20 mins per activity so you don't get bored!
