I have been a member for approximately three years now and am still loving the challenge, variety of workouts, community, and the high quality instruction! Such a great mix of cardio, strength and recovery to keep me coming back! Don’t even get me started how much I (still) love BOSU days! 😆 ⛷️

Fantastic workout and what is even better is the staff and Spenga community! I can not recommend Spenga enough, it doesn’t matter if your a gym rat looking to mix things up or someone who wants to start working out for the first time you will feel comfortable and welcome here!
This is the perfect blend of cardio, strength, and stretching. Every class is the right level of challenge, and the yoga feels like such a reward for working hard. It’s easy to get up and go to the classes, because I love them so much! The facilities are super nice the SPENGA staff are warm and welcoming. Five stars!
