What a fun and effective workout! Instructors are great, knowledgeable and very helpful. Love the playlists. Any fitness level would benefit from this community. Super clean and well thought out.

Spenga is the best gym I’ve ever joined. The workout is a perfect combination of cardio, strength, and relaxation (spin, strength training, yoga). The workouts are different each day, so you don’t get bored. The instructors are wonderful and knowledgeable, the community is supportive, and the owners of the Woodbury location are so caring and fantastic people. Spenga is the only gym where I feel like I was meant to be. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The instructors kick your butt. It’s the first place that I actually look forward to going to and miss it if I miss a class. Try a class. You won’t regret it.
