One of the best workouts I have ever experienced. I love the mix of spin, strength and yoga. I have never been stronger. I love the community and family feel it provides and have met a lot of amazing people over the last year.

Love this place! I was a little reluctant to join because I am heavier than I’d like to be and haven’t enjoyed group fitness in the past. But at SPENGA, none of this matters and everyone is welcome. Seriously. I love how the workouts are done with the lights dimmed and everyone can modify as needed. I’ve only been 5 times so far, but really enjoy it and am looking forward to making SPENGA a habit!

The staff is kind, knowledgeable and welcoming. This place is clean and neat, which I appreciate. The workout was energetic and challenging, love how i felt for days after.

SPENGA is life changing!! After a pretty serious back injury from powerlifting; I was looking for something to start incorporating strength training and cardio back in to my life! Everyone is so friendly and helps you learn the equipment quickly! There are always modifications if a strength move doesn't work well with your body!

This place has been absolutely amazing! Kristen was so great at introducing me to the program; I was made to feel so welcomed. The entire team is absolutely supportive without all the pressure.
