I found Spenga one evening while scrolling down Facebook posts. First was the proximity of the Woodbury location, after reaching out to their office I got a call back from Kristen, and the journey started. I am in my second week of attending and I love the workouts, the trainers, the facilities, the app to follow up my progress and specially the in-person communication to ensure my personal goals are achieved. Favorite gym I've every been apart of! Been a member for over 2 years and the workouts are always great (a good kind of hard). It's the perfect combo of spin cardio, strength training, and stretching with yoga at the end. I think what I love most about Spenga are the staff and instructors! They're the best!! They also have CHILDCARE 3 days a week, which was the initial reason I joined the gym postpartum and it was truly what kept me consistently going to the gym for the first year!
I have been a member for approximately three years now and am still loving the challenge, variety of workouts, community, and the high quality instruction! Such a great mix of cardio, strength and recovery to keep me coming back! Don’t even get me started how much I (still) love BOSU days! 😆 ⛷️
