I have avoided Spenga for a few years because I dislike cycling and yoga, which are two of the main facets of their workout program. However, after having a few injuries and a surgery, I decided it might be something I should try and have been loving it so far. The workout is all you put into it and very fun.
Regularly stop on with my wife when I'm in town to visit family. Love the multiple formats of cardio, weights and yoga. Great trainers!
Great program with a mix of elements. Clean, modern facility with good equipment. The trainers are very friendly and motivating.
Close to 600 sessions later, two babies, and I’m still here! THAT should tell you everything you need to know about SPENGA. The mix of spin, strength, and yoga keeps every workout interesting, challenging, and balanced. The instructors bring the energy and are amazing!! As a busy mom, teacher, and realtor, I love that I can get a full workout that leaves me feeling strong and recharged. 💚💚💚💚
