I didn’t know if SPENGA would be for me but I LOVE it. Each step of your workout is easily explained and there are options to modify for more OR less experienced class members. I love Jessica’s classes, her playlist is always awesome and her coaching is encouraging and energetic while still feeling genuine.
This is a phenomenal instructor led workout. Great blend of spinning, strength and yoga. I am dripping from sweat every time and I enjoy watching my stats improve with each session!
