What a great workout! Just about the time you think you’ve had it and can’t spin another minute….voila, change to another 20 minute routine. Great atmosphere and instructors. Highly recommend!

I can’t imagine working out anywhere else. Spenga combines cardio, weight training & yoga in such a fun and welcoming environment. The instructors and staff are top notch. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.
