Just started SPENGA and have been to 5 classes and love the switch up from my normal routine! I have never been a huge spin class advocate but the 20 min is just enough to not hate it and just enough to kick my ass! Then the strength training adds the extra oomph to sculpting and not forgetting a muscle group! Leaving the yoga for the relaxation and stretch part to close with zen! It’s honestly pretty legit! If you are looking for a variety of workouts rolled into one, try SPENGA! I have been going to SPENGA Seminole for 3 months now and have enjoyed all the sessions. 20 mins of spin, 20 mins of strength and 20 mins of yoga. High intensity workout in spin and strength and stretch in yoga. You burn those calories, build muscles and have fun at the same time! Very clean facility and the staff is welcoming and most helpful!!!
Spenga has helped me get through one of the hardest couple years of my life. Very friendly and lots of a variety in strength. Ryan at the front desk greets everyone with positivity and is always ready to help. Her customer service truly brightens your day. Sydney’s workouts are challenging in the most rewarding way, pushing you closer to your fitness goals. Her high energy motivates you, whether it’s early morning or late evening.
