Closed permanently last week without any warning. Told to be patient for monthly membership refunds. New owners only ran it a few months :-(
The way the billing department is set up is absolutely horrible and very bad business. When I understood that the subscription is at least a 3-month commitment, I had my doubts, and then Karina suggested we make a 2-month commitment, and I only agreed to sign up for this reason. I also sent an email (notification 30 days before) to ensure I would not be charged, but they did! I joined for only one month, and they charged me for three!
