Enjoyed the vibes of the class! High energy and positive! Pushed myself and loved that it was a mix of weights, cardio and yoga :) Deka was a great instructor, such a positive vibe!
It’s so fun working out here! While it’s hard work, I’m much more motivated to do it as a group fitness class and with the great playlists they have for each section. To me it’s worth the price since I’m actually showing up to work out and making progress in my endurance, strength, and flexibility. Hope you come check it out!
