From the moment you walk in, the energy is incredible — the staff greets you by name and the workouts are perfectly balanced between spin, strength, and yoga. I love that each class hits all three components of fitness in just 60 minutes, and the space is always spotless and welcoming. You leave feeling strong, sweaty, and accomplished. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a workout that’s motivating, effective, and fun!
The cardio/strength/stretching concept is perfect for any age or ability. The instructor asures everyone in the class is challenged but comfortable with each exersize station. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a fitness program to try it!
