Absolutely love Spenga- it's the perfect workout for me. If you get bored doing the same thing for an hour you might want to give this a try. 20 minutes of spin 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of yoga make a fun varied workout. Just finished my 100th class and still at it a year later. Still loving it!
Spenga is a warm and welcoming place with excellent teachers who are positive and encouraging. The classes can be tailored to your ability. The classes are fun and effective.

Spenga is the consummate variety workout. You get a mix of cycling, strength training, and yoga. For someone who seeks variety in my workouts, having all of these elements in a 1-hour workout is awesome. The workout is intense, not for the feint of heart.
