I’m so glad I found SPENGA. The workouts are challenging and the instructors are very motivating. I always leave class feeling better than I did before!
I have been coming for a couple of months now and I have loved it. I was looking for a place to restart my health journey and this place came highly recommended. Plus their childcare area makes it even easier as my littlest one can come with me and she asks to come with me too. I love SPENGA and so glad I found it.
I’m so thankful to have found SPENGA! After years of inconsistent routines and lack of motivation I have finally found something that sticks! The workouts are fun, dynamic, and always keeps you guessing! But by far my favorite thing about Spenga is the community! The instructors and members are all uplifting and empowering! Big thanks to the owner Cari for bringing Spenga to our community!
Nice space. Fun classes. Fairly easy. I like that there's yoga after exercise and I like that Spenga classes are dividedly evenly between cardio, strength and yoga.
