Spenga is a warm and welcoming place with excellent teachers who are positive and encouraging. The classes can be tailored to your ability. The classes are fun and effective.
I absolutely love SPENGA. It has reinvigorated my love for working out and taking care of my body. The instructors and other clients are all so supportive and uplifting. I am grateful for the community that SPENGA has given me!
Spenga is the consummate variety workout. You get a mix of cycling, strength training, and yoga. For someone who seeks variety in my workouts, having all of these elements in a 1-hour workout is awesome. The workout is intense, not for the feint of heart. I've been doing SPENGA for 5 years now - it's my favorite workout and I love this studio! All the instructors are fantastic and they've built a truly supportive and inspiring community.
I love how clean this space is! Everyone is so friendly. I look forward to coming here.
