I love SPENGA! The work outs are always fun and really get you sweating. The no judgement atmosphere is welcoming to everyone. I always tell people to try SPENGA and bring my friends every chance I get.
Absolutely love Spenga- it's the perfect workout for me. If you get bored doing the same thing for an hour you might want to give this a try. 20 minutes of spin 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of yoga make a fun varied workout.
Joining Spenga has completely exceeded my expectations. I'll admit, when I first walked into my first class, I was skeptical of the format and didn't think it would be the right fit for me.
