I have really come to love this place and the workouts. Instructors are so helpful and friendly. I always look forward to class and it’s been so great to get back to exercising in a fun environment.
I cannot express how much I love SPENGA! I started coming in December and am 9 sessions in and quickly became obsessed (Legit). I look forward to every class and actually miss it the days Im not there. Staff is incredibly friendly, the community is so welcoming and the work outs are challenging but in a good way. (It's you against you) Meaning you can adapt any and every workout to fit your needs while also having the community and coach to push you! Highly recommend it to anyone!
I love SPENGA Loveland. It’s really helped me find fitness that I enjoy, look forward to and have been consistent with attending. The instructors are upbeat, inspirational and create a welcoming, non-judgmental community that makes fitness so fun. This is truly one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself!
