I walked in about a month ago and haven’t looked back! I love the mix of spin, strength and yoga - somehow they make each of them fun! I prefer the low impact of spin instead of a treadmill that is offered at other places. In 30 days, I’ve seen real results! I’ve tried several different workouts in the past few years but none of them have held my interest for more than three or four months - I am less than a month from my two-year anniversary at Spenga Littleton now though! The format works really well for me - instead of doing the same thing for an hour we switch every 20 minutes - first spin, then strength (like weights or TRX), and then yoga. I found my smile again thanks to Spenga Littleton! I was circulating the drain last year. Overworked, stressed, high anxiety, poor health, out of shape and absolutely no energy. I’ve been taking classes here for almost two months and I have had a great experience so far. I love the 20-20-20 format and I know I’m going to get a great work out with every session! The staff and community are very friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommend Spenga for anyone at any level of fitness.
