I’ve always been flaky with gym memberships, but I find myself looking forward to my classes at Spenga. The instructors are great and there are all types of folks at different fitness levels, so I don’t feel bad about where I’m at on my fitness journey. I highly recommend taking a class at Spenga!
Great coaches, wonderful welcoming staff, doesn't matter if your are just getting into fitness or are a seasoned pro they make you feel right at home. Facility is clean and sleek. Also love the format of the SPENGA routine it's the perfect balance.
Spenga is a great workout. I’m trying to get back into exercise and it’s a challenge every class, but I’m excited to show up and do the work.
