Today I Celebrate my one year at SPENGA Elmhurst! One year ago today I took a chance on trying something I had never heard of before. Michelle invited me to a class, I really didn’t even know what she invited me to, other than something about a session at this gym across the street from a wine place we love. I’ve been going this spenga location since August. I’m almost on my 100th class and I see so much of a difference in my strength. I recommend Spenga to anyone who wants to get a good sweat in! All the instructors are great!
