What a great workout! Best friend introduced me to it, went to my first class begrudgingly, and walked out converted! The perfect mix and time of each workout, the ambiance is very friendly and not intimidating. The instructors are amazing, very engaging and have contagious energy! Really love this place and always excited to go back.
Loved them until they closed this location and have refused to refund unused sessions (22 of them). Next closest location is about 30-40 minutes away which isn’t an option. Buyer beware - they sell you a service and then refuse to give you the money back when they close. Have reached out to both this location and Spenga corporate with zero response.
