I get my boots, belts, buckles and hats here. The staff always has enough patience to help me figure out what I want (no easy task) and they have a great variety!

Ive never had any issues till just about 20minutes ago. Family member bought me a pair of pants for Christmas. They were the wrong style so I took them to Spencers without a receipt, which we will find. To just see if I could switch them out or get a store credit but the first thing I heard was not even from the employee I was talking to but from a lady 10ft away saying "I already wore them and washed them" so before I could even explian myself I was labled as a lier.
