I called Spencer's RV and talk to Hayden about my 23 Forest River Wildwood. I did not buy it from them nor have they ever serviced it. They called me back quickly and were happy to help walk me through some questions and even offered additional services if I could resolve the problem my self. Haven't heard a peep from any of the big box stores I called for service assistance.
Very unorganized and very high priced
Lots of part, had what I needed but at little pricey
They helped us when we needed to know information for moving our trailor and its specs. Thanknyou.
Had stopped at Casey’s in Paris,TX to get fuel, we were on our way to Oklahoma. I was approached by Mr. Spencer of Spencer RV. He told me I had a blow out on the right rear of our 5th wheel which we didn’t know. ( the towing and steering never changed). To make a long story short he helped us contact a tire service and we were back on the road in no time. I would recommend Spencer RV for all you
