Stopped in as I was staying at the connected hotel. Loved the food and atmosphere. Nice tavern feel, great service with amazing food that was very filling. Very relaxing experience, just what I needed to unwind after a long drive. The steak was perfectly prepared and it was a great meal. I will definitely visit again next time I’m in town.
For a restaurant that sees itself as a premier place for steaks ( and priced as if they are) it falls short. Not many customers in dining room that night. Service very attentive...bordering on too much...lots of server life events and stories were heard. His suggestions some sides were big enough for 6 was nice. However my recommended Manhattan strip steak was a lot if bone and sinuew and not much meat. Not all that flavorful Asparagus significantly over cooked.
