Lived here with my husband during grad school, and for being so cheap compared to everywhere else, it was very well taken care of and in a great location. It was spotless when we moved in, and the staff were always very helpful and friendly. Close to UO (8-10 minute bike ride) and a lot of other trails. It can be noisy because the walls are very thin, especially for downstairs residents.

Absolutely loved living here. It is tough to get in but once you have an opportunity you should take it.
