I have been a customer since 2018, with my last documented visit in 2023. I scheduled an appointment today for a contact lens examination, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Rather than beginning with an eye exam, the doctor spent a significant amount of time questioning my visit history and the validity of the prescription I presented.
