Average tire price with a larger selection of used than most places. Horrible customer service. And if you expect to do anything that requires you to take your tire off after going here better make sure you have an air impact due to them not using a torque wrench and just hammering your lugs on with the impact.
Receptionist was extremely rude.
Spencer tire personnel always give the best servuce and go above and beyond! Highly recommend!
I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. I’ve had several things done on my car here. They replaced my power steering pump and lines, but somehow missed several o-rings and gaskets, which resulted in fluid spraying all over my belts. I had a whole list of things that needed to be checked, and they basically glossed over it without checking much of anything. I had them replace my serpentine belt and overflow tank, and now my car is screeching even louder than it was when I dropped it off to them. It seems like every time I... read more
Got new tire put on didn’t even make it home before it went flat. We back to get it fixed and waited over an hour and they never touched. Wouldn’t recommend going here.
