I originally booked a room in the main building, but upon arrival, I was suddenly told that my room was in another building. No one explained why, and I had to walk there with my luggage which was inconvenient, confusing, and very unprofessional. When I entered the apartment, I was shocked by the condition of the place. Horrible service don’t book will try find any way to make extra money out of you
This is probably the worst that we’ve had in Melbourne. Room was dirty and front desk was lying all the time.
