Great place to stay!
1/5 is generous.. Terrible service, disgusting room. DO NOT RECOMMEND Our room had heavily stained furniture and carpets, we didn't even want to sit on the couch. The bathrooms had been very poorly cleaned and maintained as they were riddled with mould, all through the shower, in all of the grout, the bottom of the toilet and even the skirting boards. It smelt like an entire can of air freshener had been emptied just before our arrival, it gave us an almost immediate headache and not even opening all the doors/windows helped... read more
Absoloutely horrible experience. I booked this place for 3 nights form 10-13 Aug, everything was confirmed via email. I called the place morning of 10 Aug to reconfirm my booking and was assured everything was in order. I even informed I will be checking in after 8pm. After travelling to Melbourne from Sydney with my partner, we were 15 minutes away from the hotel, when approximately 9 pm I was getting a call from the hotel saying they cannot accommodate me as they have made a double booking.
