I purchased the prime rib sandwich to go as a Friday Treat Day. I come to find a string of light brown hair in my sandwich! Trying to be professional and maintain my composure,I call Spencers smokehouse as customer complaint and spoke with a lady by the name of Carol, with a impolite, and discourteous attitude with NO APOLOGY. I will NO LONGER continue service with Spencer Smokehouse

Always great food. Spencer's is the only BBQ in okc that I like! The staff is helpful, kind, and goes the xtra mile to ensure a great experience! Overall you can not beat Spencer's!
Loved the apple fritters!!! AND the BBQ was also very good.
I get to go orders all the time! Everyone is nice on phone and at pick up! The food is excellent! The best barbecue food period!
