I had the pleasure of working with Spencer as a seller and I highly recommend him as an outstanding realtor. Spencer is very helpful, knowledgeable and transparent. He also has great negotiation skills which makes him even more top notch. We experienced an unforeseen situation during the sale process but Spencer was very patient, understanding and with his tremendous hard work was able to get us to the finish line.

We had a pretty bad experience with Spencer Rivers. We wanted to see a house in our neighbourhood which had just come on the market and were connected with Spencer through that. Spencer seemed really nice when I talked to him on the phone but when we met him in person he was instantly dismissive. We toured through the house and he didn’t really talk to us.
