We had a pretty bad experience with Spencer Rivers. We wanted to see a house in our neighbourhood which had just come on the market and were connected with Spencer through that. Spencer seemed really nice when I talked to him on the phone but when we met him in person he was instantly dismissive. We toured through the house and he didn’t really talk to us. I actually have no words, Spencer was an absolutely phenomenal real estate agent! The process of selling my home went amazingly! The difference between the first time I purchased my home with a different realtor compared to my experience with Spencer is mindboggling.
