Courteous and efficient service. The technician ensured proper water pressure and left no leaks behind.
Didn't finish the job. Our bathroom floor is ruined all the way to the ceiling of the basement bathroom. We had to have black mold removed because they didn't put a new seal in the toilet. Now they have the nerve to send us bills with "Past Due" stamped on the envelope. Truly classless. They should be paying to fix our house.
