Getting collection notices for services not rendered or agreed to. They keep sending invoices and threatening collections for a service we never got. It's a scam. Sending me bills for things you never did and threatening collections if I dont pay. No contract signed or agreed to. No services rendered. Stay away from this company.

I had requested we’d be contacted the day before services to know to put up animals that live outside. This rarely happened. I was not happy that every time they came out it was inconsistent on the day of the month and it was usually when a rain storm was evident for that day. This was for monthly scheduled mosquito treatment. The last straw -where we canceled our services -were the day that they were supposed to come in September 2025 they went to the wrong address and were denied services by that home owner! One of the WORST experiences I have ever had with a company. I signed up for them with a clear expectation that visits in-between services would be performed at no additional cost. I had an initial visit, and 2 weeks later got a call saying they were coming again. After getting that call, I informed the person that someone already came out 2 weeks ago. I was told, they missed one portion of it and they would come do that portion. After that visit I was then charged an additional $200! When I called about it, they tried to te... read more
