Update 8/7/25: A year later and I continue to have issues with schedules not being adhered to, having technicians message me that they are on the way without even getting a courtesy phone to confirm the appointment, not keeping up with the interior service that I pay for, and have requested numerous times to give me advance notice so I can be home, but I guess that’s too much to ask. Threatened Collections for a Service We Never Agreed To We used Rocket Pest Control once last year for a termite inspection, paid at the time of service, and never signed up for any ongoing treatment or renewal. A year later, we received two notices in the mail claiming we owed $184 for an “Annual Termite Renewal” — even though no service had been performed and we never agreed to a contract. Our tech Travis was punctual and did our annual termite inspection. Travis was very polite and explained what he was looking for.
The ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY AS A WHOLE! WISH I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR!
Be careful we pay whole year service pay fully amount and then they want debt collection. Be careful or take from writing some thing.
