This company can't even track payments when made electronically from a bank! (My bank is UCBI). Even when I return their calls, and I provide them with check numbers and dates from my bank, they seemed confused and unable to verify for themselves the payment they received from my bank(!?), payments debited from my chkng in the usual way. I recommend that you DO NOT pay for any services from Rocket with a credit or debit card, as I've learned from a friend that they will run unauthorized payments against these. Austin Mcbee was awesome!! He explained everything to me and I have had these services for a year. He listened He didn't judge he really treated me like someone he knew!! He had patience. My day was going bad and boom I feel better!!

I reached out to Rocket Pest Control. Joe came out to check my home. He seemed very genuine and I decided to go with their service. I was quoted a price and thought that would be the total price. I was willing to pay monthly and they charged me $955 as an installment fee that I never would have agreed to. Did not receive my contract. I called about the fact that they took all my money and I was never quoted I had to pay this up front. I was very pleased with Rocket Pest Control because of the service we received from Derek. He was professional, friendly and very informative. He was very thorough and did a great job!
