Selling a home is a big deal. Selling one while living 2K miles away is another challenge altogether. Spencer's team coordinated it all. From getting painters and flooring contractors and handymen, it all went smooth. I would be remiss if I didn't give a big shout out to Tracy, she's awesome. She kept me up to date all along the way and was always available to answer questions. This team is dialed in and really know what they are doing.
I first met Spencer Marker 24 years ago when he helped me buy my first home. It was a great experience for me and my new family. Spenser Marker and his staff were outstanding every step of the way throughout the home sale process. He came and conducted a pre-sale home review and gave us detailed information on what were must fixes and what we could leave as is. He determined a price that was over our estimate and we ended-up receiving even more. His associate, Tracy, did an outstanding job of taking photographs of our home for the MLS website.
