The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and welcoming! It was a great visit all around.
I have come here for a few years now and have been very impressed with the professional manner of the doctor, his kindness, efficiency, and ability to recall important facts about my health and eyes. He is a great listener, which is very important. The receptionists are incredibly nice and they are so helpful with all your questions and having knowledge of your insurance . Dr. Spencer is the nicest person and really takes his time to make sure you’re satisfied. His secretary on the other hand has enough attitude to spoil the entire experience. Her demeanor changes once he walks in the room. Because most contact is done through her, it’s not worth doing business here.
Good and will respective doctors, the worst receptionist I've seen. Acts like she's the one paying the doctor's salary
