Dr Stein is an wonderful Orthopedic surgeon! He is caring and compassionate with amazing friendly bedside manner. His diagnoses are spot on and he also administers any treatments cortisone, uflexa etc. In a very precise but also comforting manner. He is an angel, I recommend all my friends to him and they all think he is the Best!

Dr. Stein is an outstanding surgeon and one of the best doctors I’ve ever worked with. He made me feel so understood and cared for. He explains things in a digestible way and patiently answers all questions you have. He always makes me feel like I’m the most important person in the room! Accident. Broken femur without "history" & at advanced age. Immediate unplanned surgery needed. Whom to use was not my choice. Much anxiety/fear until Dr. Spencer Stein walked in and introduced himself. got referred from one nightmare at nyu to see this nightmare doctor mr stein who ended up confirming a labrum tear, hip impingement, and nerve sheath tumors that need surgery but instead of surgery proceeded to give me antidepressants as pain medication. insisted on Extra physical therapy even tho him and his colleagues caused the health issues due to excessive physical therapy maxing my insurance 3x years in a row. then only proceeded to confirm pain shots dont usually work in young adults nyu knows and willingly makes you ... read more
