Pam and Mark were a privilege to work with after the sudden and unexpected death of our father. Mark had minimal time to prepare our dad for viewing but nevertheless, had him beautifully ready despite the manner of death. Pam was compassionate and went above and beyond answering the many questions we had with patience and clarity. We felt as if we were the only family with whom she was working. My husband was in a motorcycle accident in the Dalles...we are from the Tri-Cities. I would drive the hours to get there over and over again for the care my family and I received from them. They are truly a last of their kind with funeral homes. I was a hospice nurse for almost a decade, I've had experience, and these people are above and beyond. They were quick, kind, I just don't have enough words. I'm forever grateful for them.
I would give more stars if I could. It takes a special kind of person to do the work they do. Thank you so much Mark and Marcus for everything you both have huge hearts and I really appreciate everything you did for my family making a really hard time in our lives a little bit easier.
This place is absolutely awesome. My uncle passed away on May 4th. When they came to get him, they showed such respect and even allowed my family to help carry him out of the home and to the car and have done everything possible to make sure we are comfortable and OK.
This Company was excellent to work with. Pickup was extremely thoughtful. Pam is an absolute joy to work with. Asked for a quick turn around because we were from out of state and needed to get back home. They were able to accommodate this request. Absolutely can’t say enough good things about their kindness and compassion.
