An easy process with Patrick & staff! Patrick Spencer and his staff helped make the process of applying for SS disability insurance an easy one. They explained the whole process as we went along and answered all my questions. They were friendly, efficient and courteous throughout. Extremely satisfied After my social security disability case was denied the first time, I decided to appeal the decision using an attorney. Work Comp disability case June 18, 2011 I ahd been through two other lawyers in the Springs area before I was referred to Spencer and Spencer. Social Security Disibility I Hired Spencer & Spencer with my SSD. I had filed on my own, but of course I was denied. That's when I decided I need an excellent attorney like Spencer & Spencer.They started my case ASAP. They were able to work with the VA and get my medicalrecords were I myself was unable. I waited just over a year for a hearing on my case.Once we went before the Judge it was 30 days till I started receiving SSD.
