I was diagnosed with malignant melanoma. When I first met Dr. Lyles I really liked him. I felt very comfortable, he was kind, drew pictures and explained the surgery to my mom and I very thoroughly. The problem came after the surgery. I had complications from the internal stitches. The wound wasn't healing and when I would call he had his nurse tell me to send photos then said it was fine. He made me feel at ease. He explains things super throughly. Staff and doctor understand that your scared when they say you have to have surgery. I moved away and came back. I was under the care of a different doctor and moved back he did my surgery yesterday and did the most outstanding job ive ever seen on such an invasive surgery. If you need your thyroid removed please please see him if you can. Before is day of then day after.

Canceled my surgery not once but twice with absolutely zero notice and no contact what so ever,he was very rude and when I voiced concerns after finding out they had foreign objects placed inside my body (markers)with out my concent from their biopsy team that led to further damage of my breast I was dismissed without so much as an email and found out 12hrs before the surgery that was suppose to take place after calling to confirm the appointment time.
