A certain woman working at this office is the most unprofessional human I've ever had to deal with to date. She failed to send proper paperwork after calling her multiple times over months of trying to obtain said paperwork. Mother was going through treatment for late stage 4 cancer, on top of having other issues prior to diagnosis.
