Several issues with our custom house. After realizing the problems don’t involve their sub-contractors, but their actual quality of workmanship, they’ve decided not to repair any of it and instead have chosen to gaslight and belittle us.
I really respected how upfront the builder was whenever unexpected issues came up. Instead of hiding delays, they explained the situation honestly and adjusted timelines realistically. The flooring installation took longer than planned because of shipping problems, though the final work looked excellent once completed. Living here now, we can tell the home was built carefully rather than rushed to finish.
