I really respected how upfront the builder was whenever unexpected issues came up. Instead of hiding delays, they explained the situation honestly and adjusted timelines realistically. The flooring installation took longer than planned because of shipping problems, though the final work looked excellent once completed. Living here now, we can tell the home was built carefully rather than rushed to finish.
