I have a medical condition where a A/C is required. The Tech installed it incorrectly. When they came back to correct the issue he drops it out the window... They agreed to replace it. That was 26 weeks... I ended up needing emergency medical services last night after numerous request were ignored by owner to please install for 2 weeks. These heat waves can cause me serious damage or death. They receive a contract from the county for Senior and disabled to install theses brand new units for medical reasons. Help!

I just recently had to have our A/C unit looked at as it was blowing warm air. A gentleman from Spencer Heating & Air Conditioning came out in a timely fashion and was very pleasant. When he finished replacing a capacitor ($20 piece at most), and 30 minutes of work we were handed the bill-$324.00! My husband paid to avoid making the young man uncomfortable. Called early in the morning and left message which was returned 10 minutes later by a sweetheart lady. She assured me I would have someone here in the afternoon and would call me when they were on the way. The repair man Brandon was so pleasant and fixed everything in a short time. I have done business with a nicer business!
What an amazing service! Waking up to a cold house is not nice. I called Spencer, and they sent a technician to my house right away. The issue was solved, and the heat is working again. Timely and Precise service!
They came quickly on Christmas Eve morning when we woke up to a 60degree house and returned the day after Christmas to install a new furnace. They gave us ceramic heaters to use in between. Great receptionist. They offered financing, were friendly, efficient, and they cleaned up EVERYTHING. Very pleased.
Couldn’t be happier with the work that Brian and his team did in our older house! We had a lot of re-configuration of the ductwork, replaced the furnace, and new AC in our basement for more efficiency. They worked with us to make our immediate goals achievable, and also was able to accommodate our plans to finish the basement in the future. That was 6 months ago.
