I have been going to this office for decades. Great service. I moved to another county but still drive back to Benton because I know my glasses will be perfect for me. I won't go anywhere else.
I went to Spencer Eyecare in Mcleansboro. I ordered contacts online. 1800Contacts had to get the prescription from Spencer Family Eye Care. Spencer evidently gave them the wrong prescription. I received a years worth of contacts with the wrong prescription! I called (yesterday) the main office in Benton & wanted to speak to Dr.Olivia. Jessica said she would call me back. She didnt. Good people the Dr. Really know her stuff
Every single person here was so kind and helpful! Dr. Olivia explained everything in a way I could understand and was so personable in the room! I get a lot of anxiety in doctor offices so this made my experience enjoyable and relieved all stress I felt prior to coming in! They had me in and out in 30 minutes and their fees are very affordable and no hidden charges! I couldn’t be more satisfied with my overall experience! 😊
I walked into this practice in early June with only the expectation of getting a new eye glass prescription. When Dr. Olivia looked into my eyes with her tools everything changed. I needed cataract surgery very soon. She has just been amazing to work with. I can't say enough good about Dr Olivia and the whole office on just being outstanding. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for excellent eye care.
