On July 29th I had the pleasure of having--------- the hygienist and she did a fantastic job. Very thorough and the most gentle touch. On July 31 Dr. ----------------replaced a very old filling. She was amazing. If you are in need of a dentist give Spencer a call and I can assure you won’t be disappointed. The receptionists are incredible. Patients feel welcome & most comfortable. Grace & Jack.
The office is really clean. The receptionists are very nice. Plus the dental hygienist and dentist that helped me today. I made a good decision to make this place my new dentist. Been looking for a long time.
Very disappointing experience. The staff gave me incorrect information about the cost before my appointment. Once I arrived, I was surprised with much higher charges. They even gave me anesthesia before clearly explaining the treatment plan and fees. This is not how patients should be treated. I left feeling misled and frustrated. I expected honesty and transparency, but I did not receive it. I would not return.
Excellent staff, both hygienists and dentists. We miss Dr Spencer, but Spencer Dentistry is alive and well.
