My visit was great . I’m going to miss Dr. Robinson he was the best dentist I had there so far . I wish he had a little help to make the service go faster .
I'm disappointed to say that nothing but the name has changed. Kool Smiles, Spencer, the staff is still very underdeveloped. Appointments are months away and when you do have your appointment it's not uncommon to wait for an hour before seeing the actual dentist. They most certainly do not answer the phone, I've left voicemails to cancel an appointment (because we've got a new dental office and she got her teeth cleaned there and WE BOTH love it) yet I still receive notifications stating it's upcoming.
