Went in for temporary crown, crown bigger than my regular tooth. I was told to bite down on the galls for 30 minutes, I did as I was told once I removed the galls I closed my mouth my top tooth is biting down on the crown thats how high and big the crown is. Go back in to let them know that my crown is big and all I'm doing is biting on the crown. While talking to the lady at the front desk CROWN FALLS OUT SMH 🤯🤦‍♀️now am waiting!!!!

Zero stars for Spencer dental, I do not recommend Spenser dental to anyone, very dirty place unprofessional doctors and staff. First time when I went there and after two hrs wait they told me that the Xray machine is not working and rescheduled my appointment. I had a root canal and crown done here. The experience was a mix of good and bad. The root canal went great after a mix-up with the scheduling. Everyone there for a root canal had their appointments moved up several hours with no notice. The dentist was great! She was very communicative and nice. Gentle and did a great job! The temporary crown placement was a nightmare. The woman who installed it was rushed, left an insane amount of cement everywhere making it impossible to floss. The crown placement was a mess as well. Updated post: (TLDR) If you care about the health of your child's teeth, don't go here!! We ended up sticking with this dentist for about 3 years, mainly due to difficulty finding another practice accepting medicaid. I wish I could give them 0 stars! It was common to have 2hr waits with each visit. The dentist apparently MISSED the fact that one of my kids had a huge cavity forming. We just saw a new dentist, and she's going to need a crown.
