I had an appointment at 9 and 9:45, when checking in I was told that there was 10 people ahead of me and the hygienist runs off his own time. I was then told we would be seen in an hour, I went up to check how much longer after an hour I was then told that the hygienist now states that it would be 2.5 hours plus just to get a cleaning and that 3 people were still in front of me. The front desk staff is horrible. Need to work and stop talking to each other when patients are at the desk. Forgot to put my daughters appointment in the computer. Horrible dentist office. After her procedure should not get in contact with anyone, had to take her to the Er. Horrible, Horrible place. Need to be closed down.
It was so fast no pain I love the work they do they the best
